Arab Weather - The Seismological Center at Sultan Qaboos University indicated that a small earthquake occurred today in the Wilayat of Jaalan Bani Bu Ali in the South Sharqiya Governorate, with a magnitude of 3.4 on the Richter scale and a depth of 10 km and occurred at 11:23 minutes.

The epicenter of the earthquake is 250 km away from the city of Muscat, about 260 km from the Wilayat of Duqm and about 125 km from the Wilayat of Tire, describing the earthquake as “small in size,” and it is expected that the earthquake will not have any impacts on housing and population.
