Arab Weather - Reuters reported that an earthquake measuring 5.46 on the Richter scale struck the Jordan and Syria region early on Tuesday.

The Lebanese News Agency reported that some residents of the capital, Beirut, felt a slight earthquake, just before midnight on Monday.
