A state of atmospheric instability will affect the north of the country on Sunday, accompanied by thunderstorms.

Arab Weather - Weather experts at the Arab Weather Center said that the latest outputs from the computer simulation indicate that the northern regions of Egypt will be affected by a state of atmospheric instability gradually on Sunday, especially in the afternoon hours, so clouds multiply and temperatures drop, with relatively cold weather prevailing in the coastal and northwestern regions, while it remains moderate in the rest of the regions, and showers of rain fall on the northern coast regions extending towards the north of the Bahari face, some of the showers are heavy and accompanied by thunderstorms, which causes water pools and a rise in water levels.

Chances of some rain showers extending to some parts of Cairo

During the afternoon and evening hours of Sunday, there is a possibility that rain showers will extend for temporary periods towards neighborhoods of Greater Cairo, with generally less intensity, and may be accompanied by thunder. The chances of some rain showers remain until the early night hours, before they gradually begin and the chances of rain generally weaken, while they remain likely on some of the eastern coasts.

Heavy fog late night and Monday morning

God willing, dense fog is expected to form on Sunday/Monday night, reaching the level of mist, causing a decrease and perhaps a complete lack of horizontal visibility. The fog forecast includes large areas in the north of the country, especially agricultural and express roads and those close to water bodies, in addition to the north of the Delta extending towards neighborhoods of Greater Cairo, and the weather will be cold in general.

Fog begins to form during the late night and dawn hours, and continues until the morning hours before it begins to gradually disappear due to sunrise and rising temperatures.
