Allowing Saudis to travel to Albania, Kosovo and Montenegro without a visa until this date

Weather of Arabia - The Saudi Embassy in Tirana, Republic of Albania revealed, through its Twitter account, that the Albanian Council of Ministers canceled the entry visa for Saudi citizens, in addition to several neighboring countries that citizens are currently allowed to enter without a visa until the end of this year, including entering Kosovo without a visa throughout the year. Noting that it is allowed to enter Montenegro without a visa until October 31, provided that you come and leave as part of a tourist group and not as individuals.

Saudi citizens are allowed to enter the following countries according to the time period and the conditions described below:
Albania: without a visa from April 20 to December 31, 2023
Kosovo: without a visa throughout the year.

She added that the conditions for coming to Montenegro also include coming by direct flight from Saudi Arabia only, with proof of payment of residence costs and a return ticket to the Kingdom, and an invitation letter from a tourist office in Montenegro organizing the trip. It can also be entered with one of the following visas (Schengen, American, British and Australian), provided that it is multiple-entry, valid and previously used.
