An accumulation of snow in Ma'an closes the road between Taiba and Deer

Arab Weather - The administrator of the Petra Brigade, Mansour Alwain, said, on Tuesday, that the accumulation of snow closed the road between Al-Taiba and Ayl in Ma'an

Alwain added that the thickness of the snow in the brigades in the governorate reached 5 cm.

On Tuesday, the Petra Development and Tourism Region Authority announced its readiness to deal with the air instability in Jordan.

The Authority has placed all its cadres and mechanisms on high alert in preparation for weather conditions, in coordination with the relevant authorities.

The authority called on citizens to adhere to the instructions issued by the concerned authorities not to go out in cases of heavy rain, except when absolutely necessary, to stay away from streams and valleys, and to install volatile objects on the roofs of houses and open areas due to the high wind speed.
