An hour after the last tremor, the observatory recorded a third earthquake with a magnitude of 3.0 at a depth of 2 km, 48 km to the north-northeast of the Lebanese city of Tripoli.

The Jordanian Seismological Observatory reported that an earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale was recorded in the northwest of the Syrian Republic, at 4:33 pm Amman time, at a depth of 10 kilometers northwest of the Syrian city of Homs, and it is considered a moderately strong earthquake, followed by another tremor at 5:28 pm.

As the Syrian TV announced, the country was subjected to an earthquake, which was felt by the residents of the city of Homs, located on the eastern bank of the Orontes River.

The National Center of Geophysics in Bahnes (Lebanon) also reported that an earthquake was felt by the residents of some Lebanese regions, after it occurred inside Syrian territory at 15:31, 31 km from the city of Homs, and its magnitude was 4.4 degrees on the Richter scale.
