Arabian Gulf: A depression will cause widespread rain early next week

Arab Weather - The latest weather readings indicate that the Gulf countries are expected to be affected by a widespread rain event at the beginning of next week, resulting from the rush of an air depression in the high air layers towards the region, in conjunction with the flow of warm and humid air currents from the south, so that quantities of clouds multiply. At different altitudes, rain falls in large parts of the Arabian Peninsula.

Saturday: The rainy weather begins to affect Saudi Arabia and Iraq and gradually extends to the rest of the Gulf countries

It is expected, God willing, that as the hours of Friday/Saturday night pass, quantities of clouds will multiply at different altitudes over various parts of the west, center, and north of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to Iraq, and lead to rainfall in some areas.

As for Saturday, large parts of the west, center, east and north of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are increasingly affected by the rainy situation, as well as Iraq, including Baghdad, as rain of varying intensity falls in several areas and is accompanied by the occurrence of thunderstorms at times and the fall of heavy sedges at times.

Gradually, during the night hours of Saturday/Sunday, the clouds move eastward, and some rain clouds spread scattered over parts of Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain.

The effect of the depression deepened on Sunday and the rain clouds expanded

It is expected, God willing, that the upper air depression will deepen over the Arabian Peninsula, such that quantities of clouds will multiply at different altitudes, interspersed with cumulonimbus clouds, over many parts of the northern and eastern border areas and Riyadh, in addition to the southwest of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is accompanied by Clouds, rain of varying intensity, accompanied by thunder at times, and heavy sedges falling at times, in addition to Iraq.

The rain clouds also extend to different parts of Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain, and are accompanied by rainfall of varying intensity, accompanied by occasional thunder and the fall of some papyrus.

Gradually, as Sunday passes, amounts of clouds and rain clouds will pour into several parts of the Emirates and parts of the north of the Sultanate as well, and they will be of varying intensity.

Sultanate of Oman and the Emirates: The rainy situation intensified on Monday and declined in the rest of the countries

It is expected, God willing, that the influence of the cold upper trough on the Sultanate of Oman and the Emirates will deepen on Monday, such that quantities of cumulus clouds will multiply and heavy rain will fall on large parts of the Emirates and the north of the Sultanate of Oman.

Rain is accompanied by thunderstorms and heavy sedges sometimes falling, which leads to the flow of valleys and reefs and a rise in water levels in some roads.
