A German research team consisting of researchers from three German universities, Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, and Mainz University of Applied Sciences, has successfully developed a new artificial intelligence program capable of decoding complex Akkadian language texts found on cuneiform tablets.
