Breaking | A 5.2 magnitude earthquake strikes Bushehr province in southern Iran

Arab Weather - An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale shook the city of Asaluyeh in the southern province of Bushehr in southern Iran on Sunday morning, at a depth of 18 kilometers, and 24 kilometers away from the city of Asaluyeh.

It should be noted that Iran is subject from time to time to earthquakes of varying intensity due to its location above a major fault zone, the most violent of which was recorded in 1990, when a 7.7 magnitude earthquake struck the city of Rudbar in the north of the country, killing 37,000 people and injuring 100,000 others.
