One of the workers told "Masrawy" the world turned once, storms and strong winds were followed by lightning and thunder, and I saw "the lightning split the chimney in two parts."

Investigations and examination revealed that rain, wind and bad weather were behind the collapse of the factory chimney while workers were working inside it.

The Civil Protection forces moved to the site of the accident, accompanied by the head of the Mit Ghamr center and city, and the center's leaders, to follow up on the operations of removing the rubble and transporting the injured to Mit Ghamr General Hospital.
