Arab Weather - Meteorologists at the Arab Weather Center said that the effects of the severe heat wave in Egypt are expected to end in the coming days, with temperatures expected to drop further, but remain slightly above average for this time of year.
The weather will be moderate across the entire North Coast, with hot summers in Lower Egypt, Greater Cairo, and northern Upper Egypt, while it will be extremely hot in the rest of the southern regions, particularly the governorates of southern Upper Egypt. Winds will be from the sea, meaning they will be moderate northwesterly, sometimes active, stirring up sand in desert and open areas.
According to the latest data received from weather maps, particularly those showing temperature trends, the maximum temperature in Greater Cairo will drop below 40 degrees Celsius after a long wait. Temperatures in the north of the country will range between 31 and 33 degrees Celsius, including the capital, Cairo. They will range between 24 and 27 degrees Celsius in the North Coast, including Alexandria. The weather will be suitable for summer vacations.
As for the rest of the southern regions, temperatures will remain within the high range, ranging between 43-45 degrees Celsius, especially in Aswan and its surrounding areas, amid extremely hot weather.
God willing, there will be a significant drop in nighttime temperatures, especially in the north of the country, with the weather generally pleasant and humid in the northern regions of Egypt, and tending to be hot in the southern regions, with low clouds appearing during the early morning hours in parts, especially Sinai and the Delta, and appearing in the form of water mist in some areas, especially on agricultural roads and those close to bodies of water.
And God knows best.
