Arab Weather - According to the latest weather data, a mild air mass is expected to sweep into the eastern Mediterranean basin by the end of this week. It is expected to affect Egypt, bringing a drop in temperatures across the region. But will it be accompanied by rainfall?
According to weather maps released Sunday evening, the impact of the mild air mass on Egypt is expected to be a slight drop in temperatures, with the weather turning warm to relatively hot during the day across all regions, while becoming moderate at night.
Forecasts indicate that the upper influence is considered far from the Arab Republic of Egypt, such that this mass is not expected to be accompanied by widespread rainfall, while due to the high levels of surface humidity, scattered clouds are expected to appear, which may be accompanied by some light rainfall (drip) in scattered parts of the coastal areas.
The weekend is also expected to be marked by active winds and some active gusts that will stir up dust locally.
Arab Weather forecasters said that medium- and long-term forecasts do not suggest the formation of low-pressure systems in the eastern Mediterranean basin at this time. This means the chance of rain in Egypt during the remainder of September is relatively weak. And God knows best.
We will update you with the latest weather developments as soon as they are issued.
