`Energy` issues important guidelines to save electricity consumption

ArabiaWeather.com- The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources issued a number of tips and instructions, during which it clarified the best ways to use electrical appliances, so as to reduce the capital and operating expenses for electric power generation, in addition to reducing the consumer’s monthly bill

She advised citizens to use the electric iron appropriately, by operating it outside peak hours in the electrical system on a weekly basis, especially when the quantities of clothes are large and to avoid ironing wet clothes and letting them dry in the sunlight to save electricity in the drying process with an iron.

And she called on citizens to ration the use of electrical appliances during the period between five in the evening until eight in the evening in the winter, and from seven in the evening and ten at night in the summer period; Which is the peak hours in the consumption of electrical energy on a daily basis.
