Heavy fog this morning in many areas of the Kingdom on the first day of the New Year

Arab Weather - The latest updates issued by satellite images indicate the formation of fog early this morning in the eastern plains, including the Queen Alia International Airport area, parts of the desert road, the Amman Civil Airport area, and several parts of the Badia.

Fog is dense in some areas, which may lead to a significant decrease in horizontal visibility. Therefore, drivers are advised to exercise extreme caution while driving, especially in low-lying areas and near valleys.

The fog is expected to gradually disappear in the coming hours with the sunrise and the rise in surface temperature. Drivers are advised to take caution when driving on roads witnessing the formation of fog.
