ArabiaWeather.com- The owner of Al-Amana Bakery and Sweets in the city of Al-Bireh in Palestine, Ihab Al-Mimi, who holds a diploma in general electricity from Wadi Al-Seer College in Jordan, was able to invest solar energy to operate the machines used in his bakery.

He was able to operate about twenty solar- powered machines and refrigerators in his bakery, during the daytime, after receiving a course in solar energy in 2013, when he built about 98 solar panels on the roof of his house, producing about 140 kilowatts per day.

And "Al-Mimi" indicated that the rise in electricity prices in Palestine prompted him to resort to solar energy to produce electricity, stressing that the monthly electricity bill has now decreased to less than half, according to the "Watan News" website.
