Jordan: A moderate air mass is affecting the Kingdom, with temperatures dropping further, peaking on Wednesday.

Arab Weather - Computer maps at the Arab Weather Regional Center indicate that the influence of the relatively hot air mass on the Kingdom's atmosphere will recede, to be replaced by a moderate air mass whose influence will increase and reach its peak on Wednesday, with spring-like conditions during the day, while it will be relatively cold to cold at night, God willing.

Relatively cold weather tonight and a noticeable drop in temperatures

Temperatures are expected to drop rapidly during the night hours of Monday/Tuesday. With the drop in minimum temperatures tonight, the temperature differences between day and night are expected to become significant, ranging from 13-15 degrees Celsius, and the weather will be relatively cold to cold. Therefore, the Arab Weather website warns of temperature differences and the relative coldness of the atmosphere during the night hours, which contribute to an increased risk of colds and seasonal diseases, especially among children.

Tuesday: Generally warm to relatively hot weather with active winds in the afternoon and evening hours, with a high concentration of dust of varying intensity, which may be dense in some southern areas.

Temperatures will be about 2 degrees Celsius above average, with warm conditions in the mountains and relatively hot elsewhere. Winds will be southwesterly to westerly, moderate in speed, becoming active and dusty during the afternoon and evening hours, especially in the south and east of the Kingdom and the eastern plains.

Wednesday: Temperatures in the early twenties in Amman with low clouds appearing.

On Wednesday, the Kingdom will be increasingly affected by an air mass with below-average temperatures, with temperatures dropping by 2-4 degrees Celsius below their average for this time of year. The weather will be moderate and spring-like, with low clouds appearing, making the weather partly cloudy, and local showers are likely in the north of the Kingdom. Winds will be moderate westerly, sometimes active, with gusts exceeding 50 km/h, causing dust storms in the desert areas of the Kingdom.

With cloud cover and active winds, maximum temperatures on Wednesday will be in the early twenties Celsius in the highlands of the capital, Amman, and most of the high mountainous areas, while they will reach the mid-twenties in the rest of the Kingdom's cities, God willing.

Nighttime temperatures will drop further, with the weather being relatively cold, especially over mountain peaks and eastern plains. This necessitates warmer clothing.
