Jordan | A ship stranded on Al Yania beach in Aqaba this morning

Weather of Arabia - Roya's correspondent said that a ship ran aground on Tuesday morning, on the Yemeni beach in Aqaba, near the marine reserve.

He added that in the early hours of Tuesday morning, the air pushed the ship to the shore, which led to it stranding and making it difficult to return to the middle of the sea.

He pointed out that the tugs of the Aqaba Port Company for Maritime Services were called to the immediate intervention after studying how to take them out and tow them according to international marine practices to a safe place.

Port sources indicated that the empty ship, which was preparing to load potassium chloride from the industrial port berth of the Arab Republic of Egypt, will be seized in the northern region after revealing the damage that may have occurred to it as a result of its approach to the Coral area and the beach.
