The effect of dry polar winds on the Kingdom deepens on Saturday/Sunday night, and temperatures drop to about below zero degrees Celsius in many areas, especially in the high mountainous heights, valleys and the Badia, in conjunction with decreasing amounts of clouds, high humidity and calm wind speed, where the weather conditions are ripe.
