Jordan: Drastic changes in weather conditions and significant temperature fluctuations expected at the end of the week

Arab Weather App - Weather experts at Arab Weather said that the Kingdom will be affected during the end of this week by a state of weather fluctuations, represented by a noticeable rise in temperatures on Thursday, followed by a radical change in the weather on Friday as a result of the Kingdom being affected by a third-degree (moderate-high effectiveness) low-pressure system.

In detail, forecasts indicate that, God willing, a low-pressure system will approach the region on Thursday, pushing ahead of it an air mass that is temporarily warmer than usual, affecting the Kingdom and causing temperatures to rise several degrees Celsius above their usual averages for this time of year.

Moderate weather prevails during the daytime, with maximum temperatures reaching the twenties in most Jordanian cities, including neighborhoods of the capital Amman, while they are higher than that in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba regions, where the weather is noticeably warm, with some high clouds appearing.

During the night hours, the weather remains generally cold, but the cold is less intense compared to previous nights.

On Friday, the Kingdom will be affected by a low-pressure system accompanied by a cold and humid air mass, resulting in a radical change in the weather, as the weather will turn from warm on Thursday to noticeably cold on Friday.

Indicators show significant temperature differences between Thursday and Friday, ranging from 12 to 15 degrees Celsius, with daytime high temperatures in the capital, Amman, dropping to between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius. This cold weather will affect various regions of the Kingdom.

The weather will be cloudy and cold, with rain in many areas, sometimes heavy, especially during the afternoon and evening hours.
