Arab Weather - God willing, temperatures are expected to rise further in the coming days, but the noticeable increase felt by the human body will be minimal, especially during the night and early morning hours, due to the easterly winds that significantly increase the feeling of cold.
During this night, i.e., Monday/Tuesday night, the weather will be cold in all regions, and the minimum temperatures will drop to about 10-12 degrees Celsius in various regions, coinciding with a gradual increase in the speed of the easterly winds, which will be accompanied by strong gusts over the slopes of the high mountain ranges and the Jordan Valley areas.
God willing, cold weather is expected on Tuesday morning, accompanied by active easterly winds that will increase the feeling of cold. Therefore, it is advised to pay attention to children's clothing when going to school. During the rest of the day, temperatures will be around average across most areas, with generally cool conditions. Temperatures will become pleasant in low-lying areas during the afternoon, with scattered clouds appearing in the desert regions. There is a possibility of scattered rain showers in the eastern part of the Kingdom.
During the night hours, specifically Tuesday/Wednesday night, the weather will be generally cold, with active southeasterly winds during the late night hours, accompanied by strong to severe gusts in the western regions, represented by the high mountain slopes, the Jordan Valley and the Jordan Valley, in addition to the Dead Sea region, which in turn will lead to a significant increase in the feeling of cold.
On Wednesday, easterly winds will continue to blow across the Kingdom, becoming active in all regions with strong to severe gusts, especially during the early morning hours of Wednesday on the slopes of the mountain highlands and the Jordan Valley and Jordan Valley regions, including the Dead Sea area.
The easterly winds are expected to be accompanied by remarkably strong gusts in the western highlands, the Jordan Valley and the Jordan Valley, in addition to the Dead Sea. Farmers and owners of greenhouses in the Jordan Valley are warned of the danger of the high wind speeds, in addition to the need to avoid swimming in the Dead Sea.
The reason for the doubling of wind speed over the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea is that the winds blow from the eastern side of the western front (a direction opposite to the normal wind behavior), as the easterly winds rise towards the western mountain slopes and descend at a very high speed towards the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea areas due to the lower elevation of those areas below sea level, and the coldness and dryness of the easterly winds, which makes them heavy and thus doubles their intensity and speed when they descend from the western mountain slopes, some of whose peaks are more than 1000 meters high, towards the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, which are no more than -400 meters high.
And God knows best.
