Jordan | Important recommendations from the Public Security Directorate to deal with the prevailing weather conditions

Weather of Arabia - The Public Security Directorate called on citizens, as a result of the prevailing weather conditions, to follow the following:

• Stay away from the sides of the valleys and places where torrents form.
• Moving from low places to higher, safer places, especially those living in mobile homes, and checking the weather conditions before leaving with vehicles for long distances between governorates.
• Be careful while driving to avoid traffic accidents, and beware of low visibility and the risk of slipping on the roads.
• Not to take the risk of blocking the road, whether on foot or in vehicles, if the water level rises.
• Safe and proper use of heating devices of all kinds, and inspect them before using them.
• Do not hesitate to call the unified emergency number (911) if the need arises
