Arab Weather - The Kingdom was affected today by northwesterly air currents that reduced hot air and temperatures across all regions. Maximum temperatures in western Amman reached between 29 and 31 degrees Celsius, while normal summer weather prevailed in the mountains and relatively hot weather in the rest of the regions.
Pleasant weather will prevail throughout the Kingdom tonight, but the weather may turn slightly cold late at night in parts of the high mountains and eastern plains, with low clouds appearing that may lead to fog formation over some mountainous areas. Low temperatures will reach 14-17 degrees Celsius, and it is recommended to wear a light coat. Meanwhile, the weather will be warm early at night in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, Aqaba, and the eastern regions, and will moderate later in the day.
God willing, the Kingdom is expected to continue to be affected on Monday by the infiltration of cooler winds coming from the eastern Mediterranean basin, which will lead to temperatures remaining slightly higher than their usual rates for this time of year. As a result, the weather will remain normal summer weather over the mountains, and relatively hot summer weather in the rest of the regions, with low clouds dispersing during the early morning. Meanwhile, the weather will remain hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, Aqaba, and the Badia regions, and the winds will be moderate northwesterly, sometimes active in the afternoon.
God knows best.
