Weather of Arabia - On the occasion of the glorious Easter celebrations, Prime Minister Dr. Bishr Al-Khasawneh decided to suspend Christians in all ministries, official departments, public institutions and bodies, public universities, municipalities, joint services councils, the Greater Amman Municipality, and companies wholly owned by the government. On the occasion of Palm Sunday and Easter on the Eastern calendar.

According to the announcement made by the Prime Minister on Tuesday, a holiday for Christians will be established next Sunday, April 28, 2024, to celebrate Palm Sunday. Sunday and Monday, corresponding to the fifth and sixth of May 2024, will also be an official holiday for Christians on the occasion of Easter.
