The latest weather updates indicate that a relatively hot air mass is approaching the Kingdom, coming from the Arabian Peninsula. This air mass will affect the Kingdom's atmosphere during Eid al-Adha. This air mass will cause a gradual rise in temperatures, especially during the daytime hours, transforming the atmosphere from normal summer to relatively hot in various regions, while it will be hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and the city of Aqaba.
Maximum temperatures in Amman during Eid Al-Adha are expected to range between 30 and 33 degrees Celsius.
The weather is expected to be hotter in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with temperatures exceeding the mid-thirties Celsius, and possibly approaching 40 Celsius in some areas.
Although the Kingdom is affected by a relatively hot air mass during the day, the weather during the evening and night hours will be moderate and pleasant, especially in mountainous areas. Minimum temperatures are expected to rise compared to current nights, making the atmosphere suitable for outdoor gatherings and activities.
