Jordan | The Arab Weather Center issues several important recommendations to deal with the effects of an air depression, starting from Wednesday

Arab Weather - With the Kingdom being affected, God willing, by a fourth-degree polar air depression, starting from Wednesday afternoon and its accompaniment to many weather phenomena, the Arab Weather Center releases important recommendations to deal with the expected weather conditions represented by:

• Attention to the risk of snow accumulation in different regions of the Kingdom, starting from Wednesday afternoon and evening.
• Reducing movement on roads that witness accumulation of snow, ice and freezing.
• Attention to the danger of strong winds that may touch the 100 km/h barrier in mountainous and open areas, and to install volatile items.
• Be aware of the danger of reduced horizontal visibility due to dust waves, fog, or heavy precipitation.
• Attention to the danger of torrential rains in low-lying areas that will not witness snowfall.
• Wear heavy clothes, with an emphasis on clothes for children and the elderly
• Safe use of heating equipment
