Weather of Arabia - A 17-year-old man died today, Wednesday, by drowning in the waters of King Abdullah Canal in the Al-Qarn region of the Northern Jordan Valley.

The director of Abu Ubaida Hospital, Al-Jarrah Muayyad Al-Shakour, said that the boy was rescued by civil defense cadres after he was pulled out of the canal water to the emergency and emergency department, and despite attempts by the medical staff to revive him, he died before arriving at the hospital.

He added that the body was transferred to the Forensic Medical Center of the Northern Region to determine the cause of death.
