Arab Weather - God willing, the Kingdom will be affected in the final days of October 2025 by an ineffective extension of the so-called Red Sea Depression, which will be accompanied by rising temperatures across all regions and occasional activity in easterly wind speeds, especially during the current weekend, God willing.
Experts at the Arab Weather Center said that the Red Sea heat depression does not follow the characteristics of Mediterranean frontal depressions, so its effects on the Kingdom will be in the form of:
Temperatures to rise : The Red Sea depression will cause temperatures to rise more than 3 degrees Celsius above their usual average. The weather will be moderate, with the atmosphere turning hot in the afternoon with scattered clouds. It will be relatively hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba.
Moderate southeasterly winds, sometimes active and causing dust storms: Coinciding with the dry extension of the Red Sea depression over the weekend, a high pressure system is present from the north and east, causing light to moderate easterly to southeasterly winds, sometimes active and causing dust storms in limited areas.
Temperatures in the mid-30s Celsius in the Jordan Valley: They range from 27 to 30 degrees Celsius in most parts of the Kingdom, including neighborhoods of the capital, Amman, especially the eastern part. In the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, maximum temperatures will be around the mid-30s Celsius.
Tuesday : Temperatures will rise slightly, and will be 3-5 degrees Celsius higher than average. The weather will be relatively hot during the afternoon and evening hours, with temperatures approaching 30 degrees Celsius in neighborhoods of the capital, Amman.
Wednesday : Temperatures will drop, reaching average to slightly above average. The weather will be moderate across the region, with high clouds appearing.
During the night, the weather is generally relatively cold, with low clouds appearing.
And God knows best.
