Arab Weather App - Weather experts said that the latest computer simulation readings indicate that the Kingdom will be affected, God willing, by two consecutive low-pressure systems during the last days of this year, God willing. The first low-pressure system will begin on Saturday and continue on Sunday, and it has been classified as a second-degree (normal) low-pressure system according to the innovative scale of low-pressure system intensity in Arab Weather. It will be followed, God willing, by another low-pressure system in the middle of the week.
God willing, both low-pressure systems are expected to bring cold, cloudy, and rainy winter weather to several regions of the Kingdom, with increased wind speed, especially in exposed areas. We ask God that it be a rain of mercy and a blessing.
In detail, God willing, the Kingdom will be gradually affected starting from Saturday, December 27, 2025, especially during the afternoon and evening, by a second-degree (normal) low-pressure system accompanied by a cold and humid air mass. Therefore, temperatures will decrease and the weather will be cold, God willing, and over time it will become cloudy, and there will be a chance of showers of varying intensity at intervals in the northern regions of the Kingdom, extending to the central regions, including the capital Amman. It is also not unlikely that the rain will reach parts of the southern regions, God willing.
During the day on Sunday, December 28, 2025, the Kingdom will continue to be affected, God willing, by the same low-pressure system classified as normal, so the weather will remain cold and unsettled, ranging from partly cloudy to cloudy, and showers of rain will fall at intervals in several regions of the Kingdom, God willing.
Rainfall is accompanied by the passage of low clouds touching the ground, leading to the formation of dense fog over the high mountain peaks, especially in the northern regions. Winds are moderate southwesterly, occasionally becoming active and accompanied by strong gusts exceeding 70 km/h in exposed areas, especially in the desert and plains, leading to dust storms in those areas.
Grade: Second (Regular)
Rainfall amounts: from 5 to 60 mm
Wind speed: 70 km/h, exceeding that in exposed areas
Regions: North, Central, and parts of the South and East
Duration of effect: 36 hours
Temperatures: 10–4 degrees Celsius
Snow: None
The outputs of what is called computer simulation indicate the continued flow of cold winds to the eastern basin of the Mediterranean Sea, resulting in a new (rainy) low-pressure system centered over northern Syria at a later time. The low-pressure system will affect the Kingdom on Monday and Tuesday, December 29 and 30, and will in turn lead to the continuation of the same cold and cloudy weather with showers of rain in different regions of the Kingdom, accompanied by increased wind speed, God willing.
And God knows best.
