Jordan: Very dusty weather expected on Saturday, coinciding with a drop in temperatures.

Arab Weather - The Kingdom was affected today, Friday, by unstable weather conditions, which resulted in the formation of thunderclouds in several areas, accompanied by strong gusts of wind and dust waves, in addition to the falling of hail showers of varying sizes, which were large in some geographical areas, especially north of Irbid Governorate and parts of the desert regions.

As for the expected weather conditions on Saturday, the latest weather updates indicate a decrease in temperatures compared to what was the case on Friday, while remaining above their general averages for this time of year by about 3 to 5 degrees Celsius.

The weather will be moderate in terms of temperatures during the daytime, but the atmosphere will be dusty to varying degrees in different regions of the Kingdom, with a clear increase in the speed of the southwest winds, especially during the afternoon and evening hours, as they will be dust-raising, particularly on desert and open roads.

Regarding the chances of rain, it is expected, God willing, that the chance of thunderstorms will remain during the morning hours of Saturday in the Aqaba Governorate and parts of the southern regions, while the chances will be concentrated later during the rest of the day in the far east of the Kingdom, weakening and receding from the rest of the regions, with the weather turning to partly cloudy in various Jordanian cities, but it will remain generally dusty.
