Jordan's capital, Amman, is among the top 10 temperatures recorded in the Kingdom today, Friday, August 8, 2025.

Arab Weather - Stations affiliated with the Jordan Meteorological Department recorded the highest temperatures ever recorded across the Kingdom on Friday, as the Kingdom began to experience the first heat wave since the start of summer.

According to the latest weather data issued until 5:30 pm today, the 10 highest temperatures recorded in the Kingdom were as follows:

• Alazraq 45.6°C
• Wadi Al-Dulayl 44.6°C
• Safawi 44 Celsius
• Mafraq 43.5 Celsius
• Al-Jafr, Al-Ghabawi, Marka Airport 43 degrees
• Qatrana 42.8°C
• Deir Alla 42.7°C
• Al-Baqoura 42.4°C
