The depression begins to affect the coasts of Syria, Lebanon, and northern Palestine at midnight and dawn on Friday, with rain falling, which is heavy, accompanied by lightning, thunder, and sometimes hail showers, and sometimes very heavy, in Latakia, Tartous, Banias, Tripoli, Beirut, Tire, and Sidon, so please pay attention.
