The forecasts, according to the data and updates we received in the weather forecast section at the “Arab Weather” Center, indicate that rain will occur during the afternoon hours. It will continue to include large parts of northern and central Palestine, being more concentrated in the north and being heavy, accompanied by lightning and thunder at times, weakening at midnight.
It is also expected that both Syria and Lebanon will be increasingly affected by thunderstorms, sometimes heavy in the afternoon, evening and night, especially in the coastal areas, including the capital Beirut and the cities of Latakia, Baniyas and Tartous.
The countries of the Levant remain under the influence of humid western currents, which lead to scattered rainfall at intervals with a lighter intensity than on Wednesday, concentrated on the coastal areas of Syria and Lebanon, and retreating from Palestine in the afternoon hours, with relatively cold weather in general and cold in the high mountainous areas of Lebanon and Syria. In the hours after midnight, rain chances decrease in most areas, but they continue in the coastal areas of Syria.
