Arab Weather - Sinan Khalaf - Greater Amman Municipality started for the first time using water fenders to control the flow of water and torrents in the roads and divert its path, in conjunction with the impact of the Kingdom with an air depression that is expected to be loaded with large amounts of rain.
The Greater Amman Municipality published a video showing the mechanism of these fenders, and how they are used to divert and control the flow of floods away from the road network or shops and residential locations.
The Greater Amman Municipality has declared a moderate state of emergency as of this morning, Wednesday, in conjunction with the impact of the Kingdom on a medium to high effective air depression.
