“frozen fog” is a term used to describe fog when it freezes on surfaces after the air temperature reaches or below freezing point. When the air temperature is very cold (less than zero Celsius), the water droplets in the fog freeze or turn into crystals Icy, when the fog becomes icy mist.

The frozen fog adheres to the surfaces it contacts with, such as trees, electricity poles, vehicles, railways and roads, forming a layer of frost on them, and this is one of the dangers of freezing fog, as it affects the roads and causes slips for vehicles and pedestrians.
