The center explained that the situation includes the city of Riyadh, in addition to the governorates of Rumah, Al Majmaah, Al Zulfi, Al Ghat, Shaqra, Thadiq, Huraymila, Marat, Dhurma, Afif, Al Dawadmi, Al Quway'iyah, Al Rayn, Al Hariq, Al Muzahmiyah, Al Dilam, Hawtat Bani Tamim, Al Kharj, and Layla.

For its part, the Civil Defense urged everyone to exercise caution, adhere to safety instructions, and avoid flood channels and areas where water accumulates, in order to protect lives and property. They prayed that the rains would be a blessing and that their benefits would extend throughout the country.
