Arab Weather - Sinan Khalaf - The latest satellite images from the Arab Weather Regional Center indicate the development of thunderstorm cumulonimbus clouds over the western regions of the Kingdom, specifically in the skies of Taif and the eastern parts of the Makkah region. The cumulonimbus clouds are accompanied by rain of varying intensity, accompanied by hail and activity in surface wind speed.

During the coming hours, clouds are expected to multiply on a wider and more comprehensive scale, with thunderstorms forming over parts of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, Taif and Makkah Al-Mukarramah, including the holy sites.

These areas are expected to witness thunderstorms, which may sometimes be heavy and accompanied by hail, and the flow of valleys and torrents, especially in low-lying areas and mountain slopes.
