Arabia Weather - The latest weather maps at the Regional Arab Weather Center indicate expectations that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be affected in the coming days by a rainy weather condition, as a result of a low air depression in the high air layers crossing the Kingdom’s atmosphere in conjunction with an effective surface response to the Red Sea depression, which leads to the proliferation of clouds and cumulus clouds. In many areas, it is accompanied by rainfall accompanied by lightning, thunder, and the fall of papyrus in some areas.
It is expected, God willing, that the opportunity will arise with the dawn hours of Monday for rainy cumulus clouds to multiply over the western parts of Tabuk, and gradually, as the daylight hours pass, the cumulus clouds will extend to several parts of Tabuk, including the coastal parts, and these clouds will be accompanied by moderate to heavy rain, accompanied by Thunderstorms and hail fall in some areas, leading to the flow of valleys and reefs and a rise in water levels in some roads.
As for the evening and night, heavy thunderstorms will continue to fall over the Tabuk region and the north of the Medina region as well, including some scattered rain, mostly west of Al-Jawf, as well as west of the northern border, around Al-Turaif Governorate.
With the late hours of the night (Monday/Tuesday) and Tuesday dawn, rain clouds gradually extend to parts of the coasts of Medina, especially the areas of Yanbu Governorate, in addition to parts of the north and west of Medina, and later in the morning hours the rain extends to the rest of the coasts of Medina.
The impact of the upper air depression on the Kingdom will deepen on Tuesday, so that the rainy condition will intensify and the rain will include some governorates of the northern border, including Arar and Turaif, in addition to the regions of Al-Jawf, Tabuk and Medina. These rains will be moderate in most of them and heavy at times. It is accompanied by thunder at that time.
Rain clouds also extend during the evening and night hours of Tuesday to several parts of Mecca, including Jeddah Governorate, as well as parts of Hail, with continued chances of rain in the north of the Kingdom.
Later, in the late hours of the night, rain chances will affect the rest of the northern border governorates and Qassim, with rain chances continuing in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and its coasts.
