Arab Weather - The latest weather maps indicate that the northern parts of the Kingdom will be affected, starting from Friday, by the first very cold air mass since the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan this year. Temperatures are expected to drop significantly and sharply at night, approaching and perhaps even touching the zero Celsius barrier in some northern regions.

Weather experts predicted that the impact of the extremely cold air mass would be evident in Al-Jawf, the Northern Borders, and Tabuk , especially in the areas near the border with Jordan, where temperatures may reach the zero degrees Celsius in areas such as Tarif, Al-Qurayyat, Hazm Al-Jalamid, and Jabal Al-Dahr in Tabuk, while temperatures will be between 3 and 5 degrees Celsius in Sakaka, Arar, and Tabuk .

The cold air mass is also expected to extend its influence to Hail, Rafha and the northern parts of the Madinah region , with temperatures ranging between 5-7 degrees Celsius in those areas.

Arab Weather Recommendations:

  • Safe use of heating appliances.
  • Wear warm clothes, especially at night and during Taraweeh and Qiyam prayers.
