The temperatures drop at night, and very cold weather prevails in the north, eastern, central and southwestern highlands, where it is around zero degrees in late night hours in parts of Al-Jawf and the northern borders.

Active southerly winds blow in the west of the Riyadh region, Hail and reach Tabuk, where these winds increase the feeling of coldness.
