In detail, the latest computer modeling outputs indicate that the northern parts of the Riyadh region, in addition to the northeastern parts of the Kingdom and the Hafar Al-Batin region, will be affected in the afternoon hours of Tuesday by active southwesterly winds, sometimes accompanied by strong gusts, which will sometimes stir up dust and dirt at high density, causing a noticeable decrease in horizontal visibility.
