Arab Weather - Specialists at the "Arab Weather Regional Center" expected that some changes would occur in the prevailing weather systems in the Kingdom during the second week of September, so that the effect of the high pressure system in the upper layers of the atmosphere would intensify again, which would lead to the control of very hot weather, especially in the eastern parts of the country.

The forecasting staff at "Arab Weather" expected that the maximum temperatures in the interior parts of the Eastern Region will approach the end of the forties Celsius, specifically in Al-Ahsa, Al-Nuairyah and Al-Qaisumah, as these areas are expected to record temperatures ranging between 46-48 degrees Celsius from Monday until Friday, which means that very hot and exhausting weather will prevail in general.

The imaginary tropical dividing line has retreated southward.

Indications of below-average rainfall in the southwest of the Kingdom

There are also increasing indications that a negative deviation will occur in rainfall rates in the southwest of the Kingdom, as it is expected that the imaginary tropical dividing line will withdraw towards the south, causing a decline in rainfall amounts and a weakening of rainy conditions in the highlands of Jazan, Asir and Al-Baha, to become local in general.
