Saudi Arabia: Thunderstorms return to many regions of the Kingdom at the end of the week

From the Arabia Weather Center - The latest weather readings indicate expectations that the chances of thunderstorms will return to many regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the end of the week, as a result of the rush of large amounts of tropical moisture towards the southwestern parts of the Kingdom, and conditions will be prepared, God willing, for the proliferation of cumulus clouds in the period after Noon, which is accompanied by heavy rain in some areas.

It is expected, God willing, that the opportunity will gradually arise as the daylight hours pass on Thursday for clouds to multiply over parts of Jizan, the Asir and Najran highlands, accompanied by rainfall of varying intensity, accompanied by the occurrence of thunderstorms. Some scattered rain clouds will extend to limited parts of the eastern region as a whole. Makkah Al-Mukarramah and west of the Riyadh region administratively.

Friday: Thunderclouds intensify over the southwest of the Kingdom, leading to rain of varying intensity, leading to flowing valleys and reefs.

As for Friday, the southwestern sector will be increasingly affected by unstable weather conditions, leading to a renewed proliferation of cumulus clouds in the afternoon and evening over parts of Jizan, the Asir Highlands, western Najran, and Al-Baha, and extending to parts of the eastern Makkah region, and these clouds are accompanied by Rainfall of varying intensity, accompanied by thunderstorms and falling sedges, leading to flowing valleys and reefs.

It is also not unlikely that some scattered rain clouds will extend to the southeast of the Medina, Hail, Al-Qassim region, and the northwest of the Riyadh administrative region.
