Saudi Arabia - Update 8:00 pm: Thunderstorm clouds accompanied by rain are now affecting parts of Al Sharqiya and Riyadh, including the capital.

Arabia Weather - The latest satellite images at the Arab Regional Weather Center indicate the proliferation of quantities of cumulus thunderclouds over various parts of the Riyadh and Sharqiya regions, including Al-Ahsa and the neighboring regions and the capital, as well as areas west of Jubail.

These clouds are accompanied by rainfall accompanied by lightning, thunder, and perhaps lightning strikes at times, and activity in surface winds, with the possibility of rising water levels on some roads.
