Weather of Arabia - The Ministry of the Interior of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announced, rather, few, that it adopted a regulation to limit the gatherings that contribute to the spread and transmission of the Corona virus and the classification of violations and the penalties prescribed against them. This ensures that the virus is not prevented from spreading, losing control, and containing it.
Assemblies are intended for the purposes of implementing this regulation, i.e. gathering for more than one family, or any gathering according to what was referred to in item (third) of this list, consisting of (5) people or more in one or specified space and not linked by one residential relationship.
Communities are prohibited in all their forms, shapes, and places of occurrence, and they include the following:
- Family gatherings: (i.e. gathering inside homes, breaks, or farms for more than one family).
- Non-family gatherings: (i.e. gathering inside homes, rest houses, farms, camps, chalets, or open areas for the residents of one neighborhood or others, etc.).
- Gatherings at social events: (wedding events, solace, parties, seminars, salons, etc.).
- Labor gatherings: (i.e. a grouping of workers in the houses or buildings under construction, or rest houses, farms, etc., other than their housing).
- Clusters in authorized shops: (i.e. a gathering of shoppers or workers inside or outside the commercial store in excess of the numbers stipulated in the precautionary measures and preventive measures).
- The gathering of all forms, forms, and locations of their occurrence, whether within neighborhoods, cities, or outside them, shall be responsible for security units designated for this purpose, in addition to the bodies supervising private sector establishments.
- Anyone who attends the gathering in question or calls for or causes it is also in violation of the provisions of this bylaw.
- Family gathering inside homes, breaks, or farms for more than one family, and they are not bound by one residential relationship, the penalty is (10,000) riyals.
- Preventive measures and preventive measures - and any update made on them - and related violations and penalties are published in the official media.
- All individuals and entities from the public and private sectors must strictly adhere to the approved instructions related to health safety requirements and rules for social divergence and prevent gatherings in all their forms, forms and locations.
- Anyone who informs of any gathering that violates the provisions of this bylaw, must inform the competent authority of the place of its occurrence, on the toll-free number (999) in all regions of the Kingdom except for Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, so the notification will be on the number (911).
