And it is accompanied by sporadic showers of rain, accompanied by the occurrence of thunder at times, and activity in the downward winds that stir dust and dust.
And the upper wave deepens over the Sultanate’s airspace on Sunday, coinciding with the flow of quantities of moisture from the Arabian Sea, so that the weather will be fluctuating between partly cloudy to cloudy over the governorates of Muscat, North Al Sharqiyah, South Al Sharqiyah, Al Dakhiliyah, South Al Batinah, Al Wusta and Dhofar, and precipitation is possible. Rain of varying intensity in parts of these governorates may be accompanied by the occurrence of thunder at times and activity in the downward winds that raise dust, especially in the desert areas. It is expected that these rains will be heavy at times, especially on the eastern stone and its adjacent areas, and lead to runoff of valleys and gorges.
While the opportunity is ripe for sporadic rains in limited parts of the governorates of North Al Batinah, Al Dhahirah and Al Buraimi.
