And the same weather maps indicate that this groove of the depression is expected to affect the atmosphere of the Sultanate in the middle of next week, and it is deep in all layers of the atmosphere and is accompanied by rains of varying intensity over large parts of the Hajar Mountains and the neighboring regions and the governorates of South Sharqiyah, North Sharqiyah and Al Dakhiliyah, Al Wusta and Dhofar. These rains are accompanied by thunderstorms and hail, which leads to runoff of valleys and reefs in some areas. It is also possible that the rain will extend to parts of the coasts of the Sea of Oman and Musandam.

And the weather will return to stability again at the end of next week, and behind this atmospheric groove, brisk northeasterly winds will rush, causing a relative decrease in temperatures and causing dust in the desert areas, and may cause dust waves to occur.
