Weather of Arabia - The Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman announced, on Monday, the suspension of studies in government and private schools affected by the power outage tomorrow, Tuesday.

The Ministry granted the general educational directorates in the governorates the power to identify these schools in coordination with their administrations, according to their assessment of the conditions of their schools, according to the situation of each governorate separately, provided that students resume work on Wednesday.

On Monday, the Public Services Regulatory Authority of Oman reported that parts of the main electricity network in the Sultanate are facing some interruptions.

The authority added, in an official statement published on its Twitter account, that the governorates most affected are Muscat, parts of South Al Batinah, North and South Sharqiyah, and Al Dakhiliyah.
