Temperatures in the capital, Amman, exceed 40 degrees Celsius on the fourth day of the heat wave.

Arab Weather - Weather forecasters at Arab Weather said that data from the Amman Civil Airport station in the Marka area east of the capital provided high readings for the fourth consecutive day since the start of the heat wave, with temperatures reaching 41°C as of 4:00 PM on Monday, August 11, 2025.

Temperatures in the capital, Amman, and several other Jordanian cities have exceeded 40 degrees Celsius for four consecutive days, as the kingdom continues to be affected by a heat wave expected to peak Tuesday through Thursday amid fears of further record-breaking temperatures as the heatwave intensifies.
