The Australian Ifta Council announces Saturday 2 April the first day of Ramadan

Weather of Arabia - The Australian National Council of Imams announced in a statement today, after extensive consultations with Islamic leaders at the nation's level in Australia and their representatives, the Office of the Mufti of Australia, Dr. Ibrahim Abu Muhammad, and the Australian National Council of Imams, that Saturday, April 2, is the first day of the blessed month of Ramadan.
