Amman recorded its highest maximum temperature since last summer, reaching 35°C, according to the Amman Civil Airport station in the Marka area, east of the capital.

On Thursday, temperatures will drop significantly, but remain 4-6 degrees Celsius above average. The weather will be warm and tend to be hot in the afternoon, with medium and high clouds appearing. The weather will remain hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba.

Winds will be westerly to northwesterly, moderate in speed. In the south and east of the Kingdom, winds will be southwesterly, moderate to active in speed, causing dust storms of varying intensity.

On Thursday night , temperatures will continue to drop, and the weather will become pleasant in the evening hours. The weather will tend to be cold during the late night and early morning, with the appearance of low clouds.

A pleasantly warm air mass is heading towards the Kingdom over the weekend.

With the weekend, God willing, a pleasant air mass is expected to sweep into the Kingdom, causing temperatures to drop significantly, returning to their normal levels for this time of year. The weather will be pleasant to moderate during the day, with the atmosphere becoming increasingly cold at night, prompting the need to return to wearing coats.
